Bamboo, to me, has been a pleasant discovery for several years and it can be magnifically worked in different recipes. Vegan, vegetarian, meat-based or fish-based dishes, there is a whole world made of refined and articulate joints within the bamboo shoot, as it is produced by Grel Food. Imagination and experimentation, united with the experience, are the essential archetypes to distinguish a dish that is elaborate in its appearance from one that has a unique and original sensorial message instead.
